21 Day Reset?
The Mindfulbellie 21 Day Reset is a LIVE Group Coaching Program for 21 days to reset your eating habits and transform your relationship with food.
In this reset, I support you to eat in a way to
obtain optimal gut health, reduce inflammation, reverse chronic illness,
balance your blood sugar, and lose weight sustainably, which are the KEYS to feeling your best.
After these 21 days, you will have a new mindset around food and be in healthy routines that feel so easy.
We break free from the "all-or-none" mentality, self-sabotage,
or restriction and binge cycles, and truly see food as fuel and self-nourishment.
You will learn mindfulness practices to overcome destructive eating behaviors like stress eating, cravings, and emotional eating.
I teach you how to eat in a way that is realistic for a busy modern lifestyle and that you can sustain for the long-term.
All of the 21 Day Reset coaching is online so you can join from anywhere!
Ellie will be personally coaching you throughout your 21 days to set you up for success each week: helping you meal plan, navigating challenges, and answering all of your questions so you feel confident each day.
You will be part of an intimate group of people resetting their nutrition together.

About Ellie, Your 21 Day Reset Coach
Ellie is a former chemical engineer who became a certified health coach, functional nutrition counselor, sugar addiction expert, and specialist in emotional eating after her own recovery from chronic health issues and sugar/food addiction.
Ellie has coached hundreds of people through 1:1 coaching and 21 Day Group Coaching Programs to transform their health and create long-lasting habit change. Ellie struggled with Thyroid issues, chronic fatigue, weight gain, autoimmune issues, IBS, gut issues, and the list goes on. Ellie used food and sugar to cope with stress and was stuck in binge eating cycles and chronic yo-yo dieting.
Through transforming her diet, stress management tools, and lifestyle changes, she radically transformed her health and energy and it became her passion to help others do the same.
This 21-Day Reset was birthed out of something Ellie wishes she would've had when she began her health journey.
